After returning home from military service overseas, James Mouyassar Sr purchased his first hand held tank sprayer over two and a half decades ago and started 2 Nice Guys Pest & Termite Control.

A St Louis native and self starter, James set out of foot, armed with pockets full of business cards, flyers and his new sprayer and began knocking on his neighbors doors.  He provided pest control services specific to those neighbors needs.  He also found himself racking leaves and moving heavy objects for his elderly neighbors because they couldn't and forged friendships that have lasted a lifetime.  He is now proud to welcome their Grand Children as his newest customers.  

As word of his superior service traveled among his neighbors and their families, James' new company, 2 Nice Guys Pest Control began unmatched growth in the St Louis Pest Control Industry.  Within five years, 2 Nice Guys had added over six well trained service technicians and two office customer service representatives.
Through this growth period, James was emphatic about careful screening and supervision of employees to ensure their unwavering commitment to maintaining his standard of excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

This same commitment exists today and always will. Many national and regional companies offered to "buy him out" but James refused all offers while stating that he wouldn't sell his customers' loyalty at any cost.
