What is the V.I.P. Program?| Regularly scheduled service to your home or business with accounts payed up to date. This includes weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service options. |
Will I need to leave my home during treatment?| Most procedures do not require the resident to leave, while others may require you to be away from the home for 2-4 hours. |
Should I be home when the service technician arrives?| You are not required to be present for any pest control services. Many of our customers make other arrangements for our technician to enter their home. |
Are the products safe for my family and pets?| Most of our environmentally friendly products are odorless and safe to touch after they dry. |
Will I need more than one treatment?| On occasion you may require additional treatments. In this case we may do so at a discounted rate. |
Can I save money by referring a friend?| Yes. We will credit your account up to 25% off of your service price. |
