2 Nice Guys, at no extra cost to you for one full year, will apply any necessary additional treatments to your building if an infestation of subterranean termites is found during the effective period of your warranty. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the premises by paying a $50.00 assumption fee to 2 Nice Guys. The warranty may be extended by paying a small annual renewal payment. |
